E-Mail
- E-Mail is only used to send account activation and to verify you as a member.
- E-Mail will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
- The administration may at some time send emails to alert you to events or news. You can opt out of this, when you register or in your profile management.
- The administration won't send emails requesting your password, so don't give them out to anyone. The administration won't be responsible, if you do.
- Email addresses will not be displayed on the game site.
- The administration won't be responsible for hackers gaining access to the email information.
- Temporary Email addresses are not allowed.
IM Information
- If you choose to give out IM information, it will be displayed to the administration.
- You can make the information private to other members or allow only your friends to see it.

Passwords
- Passwords are encrypted in the database. Doesn't mean that it is hacker proof.
- Do not give your password to anyone.
Game Logging
Game actions, both member and admin, could be logged and the logs could be used to determine cheating or hacking. The site reserves the right to do so and take from the data any conclusion that may result in action taken against member or admin.
Banning Policy
There have been some problems with admin inappropriately banning members. This policy is set to let members and admin know the procedure to take and will be taken for banning. Admins can't ban a member based on the Sign In Log alone. While it is a good indicator that someone is cheating, it isn't perfect. Other logs need to be used before the decision can be reached.
Any hacking will not be tolerated and will result in account banning and in some cases IP banning. Email will be banned and any email that looks to be like yours, unless notified that it is in fact different. Hacking includes but not limited to SQL injecting, and PHP hacking.
- First Offense: Warning. For any offense, including Flaming and cheating. Does not include hacking.
- Second Offense: Banning for one week.
- Third Offense: Banning for one month. For Flaming and Cheating: Permanent Ban.

All scripts were hand coded by the developers of this site. Some JavaScript scripts were copied from various sites, since most of the developers of the game are inexperienced. The Source will be given if that is the case. For PHP, I have www.php.net, and other php sites.
COPPA
- This game doesn't ask for age, sex, or any personal information.
- We ask that anyone under 13 get permissions before registering.
- We also ask that anyone under 13 not reveal any personal information.
- At the parents request, we will delete member accounts who are under 13.
Member Conduct
- The administration takes no responsiblity in the conduct of the members or the language used by the members.
- The administration takes no responsiblity of sister sites or sites that are linked from the game site.
- Flaming will not be tolerated at any part of the game site or sister sites.
- Flaming will result in banning for an extended period of time.
- The administration can ban any member for inappropriate behavior.
Account Policy
- A person is only allowed one account.
- Account sharing is not allowed.
- Allowing somone to "babysit" your account is also not allowed.
- There will be vacation support, so that your account will be locked until you come back.
You agree to these terms even if you don't read them or agree with them. You also agree that you won't sue us for any reason unless allowed by law. Changes may also take place with no notice and you agree to the changes without being notified about the changes. Last update: November 3, 2005.
